With the pandemic is forcing more people to stay local for Thanksgiving this year, why not embrace all that is "home" and prepare a locally-sourced feast? The Hudson Valley has so much to offer and much of its bounty will be on full display at the first Pre-Thanksgiving Market on Market St. on Tuesday, Nov. 24th, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Over 25 vendors showcasing the best of the Hudson Valley region from local squash and sweet potatoes to artisanal cheese and bread, pastured meats, soups, honey, mushrooms, cranberry relish, spirits, chocolate, and homespun pies.
A knife sharpener will be on-site to make sure your carving knife is in tip-top shape for the big day and Michelle Adams will be selling her unique wreaths to ensure the front door is decked out for the holidays.
There will be live music by Milton and Leila's Crepe Station will be dishing out sweet and savory crepes.
Masks are required to enter the marketplace and safe social distancing will be enforced.
